WB finds Accomplice

Swank, spouse sign first-look pact

Hilary Swank and Chad Lowe’s Accomplice Films has signed a first-look, one-year deal with Warner Bros. Pictures.

It’s unclear whether it will be based on the Warners’ lot.

Swank and Lowe launched the company last year with a Gotham office (Daily Variety, Feb. 27).

Swank was an executive producer on “11:14,” which premiered on Showtime. She’s also developing “Family Trust” at Universal Pictures. Accomplice is developing “The Waking” with “Garden State” producers Camelot Pictures and “Batorsag and Szerelem,” which Ethan Canin adapted from his short story.

Two-time Oscar winner Swank is attached to star in “The Reaping,” a Warners horror pic produced by Joel Silver and Robert Zemeckis’ Dark Castle Entertainment (Daily Variety, March 14).
