LONDON — Universal Pictures Intl., U’s overseas home entertainment arm, has restructured its senior management team, appointing Sara Deeks and Darren Linton senior VP and veep of international marketing, respectively.
Eddie Cunningham, chair of Universal Pictures U.K., will add the Nordic region to the territories under his supervision.
Dirk Lisowsky, previously managing director of Universal Pictures Germany, adds Austria, Switzerland and Central Europe.
Wayne Borg has been promoted from VP of Latin America and Australasia to senior VP of Latin America, Asia Pacific and Southern Europe.
Melanie Nicholas, VP of licensees, will also supervise the new Universal Pictures Russia and other key emerging markets.

Deeks joins UPI from Barclays Bank, where she was global brand strategy director. Linton was marketing director of Universal Pictures U.K.
