RKO Pictures chairman Ted Hartley has upped Kevin Cornish to VP of development.
Cornish reports to RKO prexy Paul Speaker and strategy chief Aaron Ray.
Cornish’s job is to mine the 1,200 titles in the RKO library for remakes and to foster creative and financial partnerships with producers and talent.
He’s currently overseeing a Revolution remake of “Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House”; the Franc Reyes-directed “Beyond a Reasonable Doubt” for Regency Enterprises; and remakes of “Macao,” “The Big Steal,” “Five Came Back” and “Love on a Bet.”
