Michelle DiRaffaele has been promoted to senior VP of motion picture administration at Mandalay Pictures.
DiRaffaele will continue in her role as business affairs administrator in charge of development inventory, above-the-line talent and rights agreements, labor relations, film and title clearance, production insurance, and advertising and screen credits.
She will also continue to oversee publicity and special events as well as marketing, international distribution, delivery and release.
DiRaffaele has served as a key production liaison on more than 15 Mandalay features, most recently Adrien Brody starrer “The Jacket,” which bowed at Sundance and is slated for a March release. She is active in the company’s music-publishing venture and human resources department.
Previously a marketing assistant at Sony Wonder, DiRaffaele joined Mandalay’s new-media division at the company’s inception in 1995.
