Avi Lerner’s Millennium Films has made a nonexclusive three-picture production deal with Lati Grobman.

Millennium will provide development and production funds for Grobman, with foreign distribution to go through Millennium’s Nu Image label. Budgets for Grobman’s pictures are expected to be $7 million-$15 million.

Millennium and Grobman have collaborated on several projects currently in post, including “Relative Strangers,” starring Danny DeVito, Kathy Bates, Ron Livingston and Neve Campbell; “Mozart and the Whale,” which stars Josh Hartnett and Radha Mitchell; and “The Tenants,” starring Dylan McDermott and Snoop Dogg.

“Lati Grobman has a great eye for scripts and continues to bring us excellent material,” said Lerner. “We’re happy to reward her with increased decisionmaking.”
