“Boys and Girl of County Clare,” starring Colm Meaney and Andrea Corr, kicked off the seventh annual Craic Film Fleadh fest, celebrating Celtic film, Wednesday night in Gotham.

Fest, running through Sunday, also will screen “Halo Effect,” with Stephen Rea, and “Omagh,” with Gerard McSorley. Film Fleadh board members Liam Neeson, Ed Burns and Aidan Quinn are expected to be on hand throughout the fest.

Second annual Craic music series follows March 10-12, with acts appearing nightly at the Bowery’s Crash Mansion.

Opening Rock Night will feature Dublin band Mainline and Bronagh Gallagher, who has appeared in “The Commitments” and “Pulp Fiction.”

Scottish Raar, local act the Skels and America’s Sweetheart will headline Punk Night on March 11; the 12th will see both DJ Night, with DJs BP Fallon, Johnny Moy and Tim Sweeney, and a traditional brunch session with Kelley McRae.
