Bollywood.tv, a subscription movie Web site streaming Bollywood pics direct to computers, was launched at London’s Cinnamon Club on Tuesday.

Bollywood.tv was co-founded by Nigel Regan and Mohan Thariyan, who launched cable and satellite paybox B4U TV.

At present, 65 movies are available to broadband subscribers who pay a flat rate of $16.95 a month for unlimited viewing. Thariyan has the rights to 730 Bollywood films, including “Raincoat” and “Chameli,” which will be drip-fed onto the site over coming months.

Regan hopes to attract 100,000 subscribers to Bollywood.tv in three years.
