All ballots must be in by 5:00 p.m.

Final Oscar ballots must be received by PricewaterhouseCoopers no later than 5 p.m. Tuesday. All ballots received after the deadline will be ineligible. (Monday is a postal holiday and there will be no mail delivery.)

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences also has finalized its street-closure plans in preparation for the kudofest. Starting at 10 p.m. Monday, Hollywood Boulevard will be closed between Highland Avenue and Orange Drive for seven days for construction of press risers, fan bleachers and pre-show stages.

The following will be closed the day of the show: Highland from Sunset Boulevard to Franklin Avenue, Hollywood Boulevard from Cahuenga Boulevard to La Brea Avenue and the Highland Avenue off-ramp from the 101 Freeway.

In other news, “Closer” supporting actress nominee Natalie Portman has been added as a presenter.

The Oscars will be handed out Feb. 27 at the Kodak Theater and broadcast live on ABC.
