'Revenge' given online approval

“Star Wars: Episode III — Revenge of the Sith” has won the Hollywood Film Festival’s movie of the year award, based on public online voting.

George Lucas will be presented with the award at the Hollywood Awards Gala at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday.

“Revenge of the Sith” received nearly one-third of the 70,000 votes cast. “Batman Begins” was No. 2 in the voting, followed by “War of the Worlds.”

Other nominees included “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory,” “Cinderella Man,” “The Constant Gardener,” “Crash,” “Hustle & Flow,” “Sin City” and “Wedding Crashers.”
