Fox will release a two-disc 40th anniversary edition of “The Sound of Music” on Nov. 15. It will include a multilanguage sing-along version based on the touring show and several hours of bonus features presented by arrangement with the Rodgers & Hammerstein Organization and produced by Michael Kantor. Extras include an intro from Julie Andrews; she and Christopher Plummer also share memories of the production.

The studio will release “Mr. and Mrs. Smith” on DVD Nov. 29, more than five months after it opened in theaters, where it grossed more than $170 million.
