Co.'s opt for separate sales ops

SYDNEY — Warner Home Video and Road-show Entertainment have dissolved their sales co-venture in Australia, opting to establish separate sales ops. The companies attributed the move to their “divergent growth strategies” amid the DVD boom. Warner and Roadshow continue their joint owner-ship of Oz theme parks, cinemas in several territories and movie co-productions in the U.S.
