French-language broadcaster RTL-TVi will bow a third channel, Plug TV, on Feb. 13, offering programming targeted at the 15-34 age group.

Sked will initially rely heavily on U.S. imports like “Friends,” “The X-Files” and “Sex and the City.” Local productions are expected later, with a homegrown talkshow planned for the spring.

Plug also will count on reality staples such as “Bachelor” and “The Osbournes” to reel in auds, along with sports and music programming. In addition, two movies will screen each week.
