HONG KONG — Buena Vista International Television-Asia Pacific has just inked two licensing deals.
i-Cable in Hong Kong has bought the license for “Extreme Makeover,” a one-hour reality series that has now been sold to 120 territories worldwide. Each episode is self-contained and follows two people as they go through major physical transformations. The series runs on ABC Television Network in the U.S.
And “Stephen King’s Rose Red” will now be shown on South Korea’s KBS Media. This will be the miniseries’ first time on terrestrial television. “Rose Red” is about a house with a dark past and the psychics who try to reach the spirits who live there.
