Speed Channel has named Todd Siegel senior vice president, ad sales. He was exec VP for Screenvision.

Joan Robbins has been promoted to senior VP, talent relations, Entertainment Studios. She joined the company, formerly CF Entertainment, in 1994 as its first employee.

Entertainment has tapped Janet Kirker VP and executive producer of the Web community Trollz.com. She served as exec veep of interactive at the Cimarron Group.

Tracy Nurse has been made senior VP, international marketing, Sony Music Label Group. She served as senior VP, marketing, Sony Music Intl.

Jennifer Blakeman has been appointed VP, creative, Zomba Music Publishing. Blakeman spent three years as a creative executive at Universal Music Publishing.

Rose Adkins has been appointed director of corporate development for the Sundance Institute. She was previously at the Hollywood Reporter.

Peter Johansson has taken over as head of television development at the Machine.

Nancy Gaelen has been named senior VP, theatrical and television development.

Walt Disney Television Intl. (Asia-Pacific) has appointed Nicky Parkinson senior VP and managing director, branded television. She was managing director of Nickelodeon U.K.

Hema Govindan has been appointed head of marketing and communications. She worked for Turner Entertainment Networks Asia.

Motema Music, a jazz/world/dance label with offices in San Francisco and New York, has named Eulis Cathey exec VP-general manager. He was VP of promotion at N-Coded.

Brandon Hogan has joined the independent production company 3210 Films as president of development. Hogan comes from Blue Marlin Prods., which he co-founded.

Mike Kiley has been named VP and editor-in-chief of manga publisher Tokyopop. As one of the company’s founders, Kiley directed the company’s Internet technology, operations and human resources.

Chris Scully has been named chief financial officer for Artemis Records. He was VP, financial operations, the Warner Music Group.

Edward Huguez has been appointed exec VP, sales, Starz Encore Group. Huguez was president, CEO and chairman of Midstream Technologies.

Kurt Schemper, former head of corporate post-production at Carsey-Werner, has joined Sodium Entertainment as VP of production.

Shakir Stewart has been appointed VP, A&R, Island Def Jam Music Group. He was senior VP and general manager of Hitco Publishing, where he signed Beyonce to the company.

Sandra Murillo Weber has joined Turner Entertainment Networks as VP of multicultural market development. She was director of ad sales for multicultural markets at Comcast Spotlight in Miami.

John Moser has been named VP of original programming for Showtime; Deborah Meyers has been named VP, program scheduling. Moser served as director of family programming. Meyers served as director, program scheduling.
