Rob Harrison, V.P./Director of Engineering for Young Broadcasting, died Dec. 4 in Lansing, Michigan of undisclosed causes. He was 43.

A native of Lansing, Harrison worked in broadcast engineering throughout his career, starting in 1983 with WLNS-TV, where he served as chief engineer.

He had held his current position with Young Broadcasting since November of 1995.

He was a member of the National Society of Engineers. He also served on the engineering committee of the Association for Maximum Service Television.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa, and a son.
