Patricia Forman, wife of Michael Forman, chairman of Pacific Theaters, died April 25 in Bel-Air, Calif., after a long illness. She was 64.
Born in Indiana, she modeled and attended law school at Western U. and later became one of the first women Realtors at Coldwell Banker.
Forman was a supporter of the Wellness Center in Los Angeles, the Blue Ribbon Committee and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
Her Beverly Hills boutique Patricia’s showcased her extensive collection of 1920’s vintage dresses and accessories from all over the world, which she bequeathed to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
Forman is survived by her husband, daughter, son-in-law, grandson and other family members.
Donations may be made to the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, directed to the Costume Council.
