‘Rangers’ to power into outer space

Latest 'Power' pack already in production

“Power Rangers: Space Patrol Delta,” the 13th incarnation of the kids’ action-adventure franchise, has officially started production.

Series will debut in February in the Jetix programming block shared by ABC Family and Toon Disney.

Ranger Prods. skein will be produced by Sally Campbell and exec produced by Bruce Kalish (“The Famous Jett Jackson”), Greg Aronowitz and Koichi Sakamoto, who helmed previous series, “Power Rangers DinoThunder.”

“Space Patrol Delta” will introduce seven superheroes, one of whom, for the first time in show’s history, will be an alien life force.

Sneak peek will air after the “DinoThunder” finale Saturday on ABC Family.
