Humes is tapped g.m., Fox Canada

Exec to lead home entertainment business initiatives

HOLLYWOOD — Brian Humes has been appointed general manager for Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, Canada, a unit of Fox Filmed Entertainment, it was announced Tuesday by Mike Dunn, prexy, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.

Humes will lead the studio’s Canadian home entertainment business initiatives with oversight of all business functions including sales, marketing, finance and operations. He will also ensure the division is strategically aligned with the company’s growth objectives. Humes will be based in Canada and report to Dunn.

“Brian’s comprehensive management experience in sales and marketing will be extremely beneficial to the continued growth and success of our Canadian business,” said Dunn.

Before joining Fox, Humes was VP of sales, U.S. Eastern Region for the Kellogg Co.
