Exec to o'see research on films including 'Fire,' 'I, Robot'
Twentieth Century Fox has named Jonathan Helfgot vice president for marketing research.
Prior to Fox, Helfgot was senior manager of client services with MarketCast, a unit of Daily Variety‘s parent company Reed Elsevier that provides market research to the film industry.
Fox marketing co-prexys Pamela Levine and Tony Sella, to whom Helfgot will report, said, “Jon is very impressive in his ability to translate research data into actionable marketing ideas.”
Helfgot will oversee Fox’s marketing research on films including “Girl Next Door,” “Man on Fire,” “The Day after Tomorrow,” and “I, Robot.”
