Sony Pictures Entertainment has promoted Suzanne Criley to the newly created position of exec VP, corporate administration. In addition, Barbara Lopipero has been named senior VP, global human resources, and will succeed Criley as the company’s HR leader. Both will report to Beth Berke, exec VP and chief administrative officer for SPE.
Criley will continue to oversee HR policy and program development as well as executive compensation. She also will develop and manage a new-employee communications function and work on a variety of corporate projects, including the MGM transition and the continuing development of international corporate policies and programs.
Lopipero, who has held positions of increasing responsibility within the company’s human resource division over the last 20 years, becomes the group’s head, responsible for managing on a worldwide basis the staffing and diversity, total rewards, HR connection, international HR and management and organizational development groups.
