MIAMI — Mun2 television, the feevee owned and operated by Telemundo, has sold its bilingual music/entertainment show “The Roof” in its first syndication deal.
A co-production of mun2 and Perfect Image Film and Video Production, “The Roof” launched on mun2 in primetime in December 2002. UPN 33 Miami/Ft. Lauderdale has purchased the show in syndication and preemed it June 26. Web will air the series Saturdays at 10:30 p.m.
“The Roof” focuses on urban Latin culture, with DJs, dancers and reports from the field, targeted to a younger U.S. Hispanic demographic.
