Chisholm continues as a director of PBL

SYDNEY — Sam Chisholm, former head of Rupert Murdoch’s dominant Blighty satcaster BSkyB, has been tapped as chairman of New Zealand broadcaster Prime Television, part-owned by Kerry Packer’s Publishing and Broadcasting Ltd.

Chisholm continues as a director of PBL and chairman of Australia’s leading paybox Foxtel. Terry Jackman, a former managing director of Hoyts Theaters, has joined the Prime TV NZ board.
