Stewart has been added as a performer

Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong, singer Ashanti and “Desperate Housewives” actress Eva Longoria have joined the long list of presenters for this year’s American Music Awards, airing Nov. 14 on ABC.

Rod Stewart has also been added as a performer for the show’s 32nd edition.

He joins a performance lineup that already includes Maroon 5, Jessica Simpson, Snoop Dogg with Pharell, Kanye West, Josh Groban, John Mayer and Award of Merit winner Bon Jovi.

Kudocast, hosted this year by Jimmy Kimmel, honors musicians as selected by record-buyers in eight categories.

The T-Mobile Text In Award will also be presented. Fans who can use their cell phones will vote in this category for their favorite artists. Voting is now open and will conclude during the show.
