Brit PR house expands expertise with acquisition

LONDON — Premier PR, the British entertainment public relations agency, has branched out into representing celebrities and luxury brands by acquiring Flagship Publicity.

Flagship, run by Laura Aron, reps actors including Pierce Brosnan, Ben Kingsley and Daniel Craig, as well as handling U.K. and international campaigns for American clients such as Matthew Perry, LL Cool J and Heidi Klum.

It also promotes luxury goods, working for De Beers and Omega Watches, among others.

At the same time, Premier has hired Deborah Harpur from Lilac Events to run a new events management department.

Premier, run by Sara Keene, Ginger Corbett and Chris Paton, is part of the Miracle Media Group. It is one of the U.K.’s leading showbiz PR outfits, with an L.A. office headed by Pamela Godwin-Austen.
