The Worth Street Theater Company’s production of Tristine Skyler’s “The Moonlight Room” will close Sunday after playing more than two months at Off Broadway’s Beckett Theater.
Play transferred to the Beckett after a sold-out run at the Tribeca Playhouse.
Directed by Jeff Cohen, “Moonlight Room” features Laura Breckenridge, Lawrence James, Kathryn Layng, Mark Rosenthal and Brendan Sexton III.
Layng and Rosenthal are featured thesp nominees for the Lucille Lortel Awards (Daily Variety, April 5), while the show itself is up for the Outer Critics Circle’s John Gassner Award for new American play.
Producers are Arielle Tepper and Freddy DeMann in association with Solecist Prods.
