‘Glengarry’ gets Clapp

'NYPD Blue' thesp takes on Mamet

HOLLYWOOD — “NYPD Blue” thesp Gordon Clapp has been cast in the Broadway revival of “Glengarry Glen Ross.”

Playing Dave Moss, Clapp will join the David Mamet play after the TV series wraps in spring.

Alan Alda, Liev Schreiber, Jeffrey Tambor and Frederick Weller also star. Joe Mantello will direct.

Last year Clapp appeared onstage in “Blackout” in Los Angeles. He was previously a company member of the National Arts Center in Ottawa.

Clapp most recently appeared in pics “Moonlight Mile,” “Rules of Engagement” and “Sunshine State” and ABC’s “Less Than Perfect.”

Rehearsals for “Glengarry Glen Ross” begin March 14 for a May 1 opening at the Royale Theater.
