NEW YORK — Road grosses plunged 20.0% to $12,753,250 during Week 29 (Dec. 13-19) as seven shows went on hiatus: “Big River,” “The King and I,” “Hairspray,” “Little Shop of Horrors,” “Jesus Christ Superstar” and one company of “The Producers.”

In its seventh week at the Ahmanson in Los Angeles, “Caroline, or Change” improved to $662,195, which tops all of its previous weeks, on the road and on Broadway.
