Redub for Rome post house

International Recordings rebranded as Technicolor

LONDON — Rome-based International Recording, which specializes in creating multiple foreign language versions for theat-rical and broadcast content, has been re-dubbed Technicolor. The post-house was bought in May by Thomson, which also owns Technicolor Entertainment Services, the worldwide network of full-service film and postproduction facilities. Technicolor is also the world’s leading DVD manufacturer with packaging and distribution services throughout North America and Europe.

“It is important that International Recording in Rome reflect the strong brand name of Technicolor and that it continues to be recognizable within the community that it operates,” said Richard Andrews, president, Technicolor Creative Services.
