Co. to distribute CD-ROMs with vidgame, trailers

Loews Cineplex is partnering with marketing company BrandGames on a promo to mark circuit’s 100th anniversary.

As part of the promo, Loews plans to distrib 5 million CD-ROMs to patrons at theater concessions stands. The discs will feature a Loews 100th Anniversary Game Show, a selection of movie trailers, vidgame demos and other content.

Loews plans to support the promo with in-theater media displays.

BrandGames has partnered in the past with Taco Bell, General Mills, Pizza Hut and others.
