HOLLYWOOD — Graham Taylor has joined Endeavor as an agent in the motion picture finance department, joining Modi Wiczyk and Sandrine De Clercq.

Taylor most recently ran Cindy Cowan Entertainment. Before that, Taylor was a producer whose credits included including “Killing Emmett Young” and “A Better Way to Die.”

A graduate of Washington and Lee U., where he majored in East Asian studies, he speaks fluent Japanese.

In addition, Endeavor promoted three assistants to agent. Zachary Druker and Jessica Hawthorne-Castro joined the television lit department and Boomer Malkin joined the talent department.

Druker joined Endeavor in 2000. A former assistant to partners Paul Haas and Ariel Emanuel, he most recently served as departmental coordinator.

Hawthorne-Castro started in the Endeavor mailroom in 2001. She also worked on the desks of partners Emanuel and Richard Weitz.

Malkin joined Endeavor in 2001 as an assistant in the talent department. For the past two years, he has assisted Endeavor partner Patrick Whitesell.
