Hart Sharp Video has acquired domestic home entertainment distribution rights for Morgan Spurlock’s “Super Size Me,” with plans for a fall release.
The doc, a cautionary tale about the perils of fast-food living, is currently in release through Samuel Goldwyn Films and Roadside Attractions.
Spurlock and the Con produced “Super Size Me”; J.R. Morley and Heather Winters exec produced.
Hart Sharp Video is a division of John Hart and Jeffrey Sharp’s Hart Sharp Entertainment (“You Can Count on Me”).
Release slate includes “On Common Ground,” “Yankeeography — Volume One,” “The Tale of Tillie’s Dragon” and “Bus 174.”
