Outgoing Pixar animation chief financial officer Ann Mather has been named to the board of directors of Euro broadcast group Central European Media Enterprises.
Mather will serve on the CME audit and compensation committees as a non-exec director.
Prior to joining Steve Jobs at Pixar, she served as exec VP and CFO at Village Roadshow Pictures and before that as a senior VP of finance at Disney.
Mather is being replaced at Pixar by Fox Filmed Entertainment finance chief Simon Bax.
NASDAQ-listed CME owns TV stations in Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and the Ukraine.
