HOLLYWOOD — NBC Enterprises’ syndie gabfest “The John Walsh Show” has racked up enough renewals to put it in the top 86% of the country for the 2003-2004 season.
Stations recently onboard for season two of “Walsh” include WDIV Detroit; WMAR Baltimore; and WOOD in Grand Rapids, Mich.
NBC-owned and -operated affils and Hearst-Argyle stations had previously picked up the rookie talker for a second season.
During the recent May sweeps, skein averaged a 1.3 rating.
“Walsh” will air in 45 of the top 50 markets in its sophomore outing.
