History helps rebuild docu collection

The History Channel has donated historical footage to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to help the agency rebuild its collection of documentary resources lost in the September 11, 2001 attacks. Before the attacks, the Port Authority licensed the footage to the cabler for inclusion in a history of the World Trade Center installment of its signature series “Modern Marvels.”
