Scandinavian format distributor MTV Intl. has licensed 57 episodes of game show “Guillotine” to Spain’s Canal 9.
Series, created by Finland’s Broadcasters Group, will be produced by Prime Time Communications to air in the fall.
“Guillotine” has been optioned to more than a dozen territories.
MTV, the Denmark-based distribution arm of Sweden’s MTV Produktion, calls “Guillotine,” a daily quiz show in which contestants bluff each other, making it the only quizzer “you can win without knowing anything.”
