Latin American feevee Canal Fox bowed “Mision 24,” an original reality show special inspired by the Fox series “24,” on July 21.
Canal Fox has produced versions for Mexico, Argentina and Brazil.
Feevee launched a “Mision 24” contest in May asking for ideas for spending a given amount of money in 24 hours. Contestants with the most original strategy were tapped winners and filmed. Unspent money is donated to each contestant’s chosen charity.
Reality show mimics “24’s” format by fragmenting the screen, showing the contestant from different perspectives.
Canal Fox reaches 13.6 million homes in Latin America.
