Herbert Rosenthal, former agent and TV exec, died Sept. 26 in Palm Beach, Fla., of natural causes. He was 92.

Born in New York, Rosenthal graduated from NYU. He was head of the artist bureau at CBS and went on to help found MCA, where he was an agent 1941-62. He then segued to NBC, where he was VP of programming 1962-68.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley; a daughter; and a granddaughter.
