Carlos Eduardo Dolabella, star of popular Brazilian soap operas, died May 26 after suffering pneumonia, diabetes and bone inflammation. He was 65.
He appeared in 29 telenovelas including “Well Beloved,” “Brothers Courage,” “Force of Desire” and “Jungle of Stone” on TV Globo and “The History of Ana Raio” and “Ze Trovao” on TV Manchete. He also boasted roles in TV miniseries, legit productions, and films.
He is survived by actress-wife actress Pepita Rodrigues, actor-son Dado and four other children.
