Lopez to deal with series, telepics; Silveira to o'see operations
Warner Bros. TV has announced two new veepees.
Mara Lopez has been hired as VP of post-production and Adrienne Silveira has been promoted to VP of marketing information services.
Lopez is responsible for all post-production-related activities on WB series, telepics and miniseries.
She moves to WBTV after four years as a post-production exec at DreamWorks, where she supervised skeins “The Job” and “Freaks & Geeks,” and “Steven Spielberg’s Taken.” She replaces Blake McCormick, who will continue to consult for the company.
Silveira, who has been with WBTV since 1990, has been promoted from manager of TV MIS to veepee. Silveira will oversee and manage the operations of the WBTV MIS department, which includes production offices, term deal producers and administrative departments, and will serve as business systems planner for the division.
