HOLLYWOOD — NBC Enterprises has promoted Sean O’Boyle to the newly created post of senior VP and national syndication sales manager for NBC Enterprises.

He reports to Barry Wallach, exec VP of NBC Enterprises, and will relocate from Chicago to New York. A Chicago-based replacement will be named shortly.

O’Boyle will manage the day-to-day domestic broadcast sales of NBC Enterprises programs and all five regional sales offices (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta and Dallas) will report to him. O’Boyle has served as VP of Midwestern sales at NBC Enterprises since September 2000.

Before joining NBC Enterprises, O’Boyle was VP of sales at Eyemark Entertainment/King World Prods., where he oversaw the company’s Midwest sales office and helped launch firstrun strip programs including “Martha Stewart Living” and off-network sales of “Everybody Loves Raymond.”
