Walters gets Stewart chat

Domestic diva's interview to air in November

NEW YORK — Scoring one of the bigger “get” interviews of the fall season, ABC News’ Barbara Walters has taped an exclusive interview with embattled media and home fashion diva Martha Stewart.

In a teaser, ABC News revealed Monday that Stewart conceded to Walters that she is “scared” at the possibility of going to jail.

“Who wouldn’t be scared?” Stewart told Walters. “The last place I would ever want to go is prison. And I don’t think I will be going to prison, though.”

The first nationally televised interview Stewart has granted since being indicted for her ImClone stock sale will air in early November on Alphabet newsmag “20/20.” She’s set to go to trial in January.
