Agency also inks renewal contracts for dept. co-heads

HOLLYWOOD — Paradigm has expanded its below-the-line production department with the promotion of agent trainees Jasan Pagni and Chris Stormes, and inked multiyear renewal contracts for department co-heads Frank Balkin and Jonathan Silverman.

Balkin heads up the agency’s television series, TV movie and cable feature production business. Silverman oversees features.

Pagni joined Paradigm in August 2001, having previously worked in development at Skylark Films and Marty Katz Prods. Stormes, previously at CAA, joined Paradigm in April.

Department clients include production designer Stephen Altman (“Gosford Park”); cinematographers Jeffrey Kimball (“Paycheck”), Julio Macat (“Bringing Down the House”) and Don M. Morgan (“Out of the Ashes”); and producer Jill Danton (“Queer Eye for the Straight Guy”).
