“After so many trips to New Orleans for NATPE, I have a well-planned itinerary that I always keep whenever I’m in town. As soon as I get there, the first thing I always do is head to the Acme Oyster Bar in the French Quarter for three dozen oysters. And I like staying at the Louis XVI, a quaint little hotel also in the French Quarter. Usually on the second or third night, I eat at Mandinas, a neighborhood restaurant in Metairie that has great turtle soup and fried oysters. And no trip to New Orleans would be complete without a visit to Victoria’s Shoes Downtown. Ask for Shirley; she’ll take good care of you. The next NATPE won’t feel complete without her!”
