Wacko Jacko is backo.
American viewers have barely recovered from February’s seemingly non-stop assault of Michael Jackson-related programming. But just in time for May sweeps, Fox has decided to slip on the Gloved One at least one more time.
Net has ordered a two-hour spec dubbed “Michael Jackson’s Private Home Movies” and will air it on the first Thursday of the sweeps, April 24. A Fox press release said the spec will feature Jackson opening up “his private home movie collection, giving unprecedented access to thousands of hours of never-before-seen footage revealing his real life, family and friends.”
Fox got on Jacko’s good side in February by airing a spec featuring unseen clips from Jackson’s controversial ABC interview. Brad Lachman, who produced that spec, will also produce “Home Movies.”
