Lynne Meadow and Barry Grove have restructured the artistic staff at the Manhattan Theater Club.
Paige Evans, MTC’s former literary manager and director of play development, has been named the company’s new director of artistic development.
Mandy Greenfield is MTC’s new artistic associate in charge of artistic operations at the company’s Biltmore and City Center venues. Greenfield had been producer at the Blue Light Theater Company.
Dan Fields has been named an artistic associate as well. Before joining the MTC staff, he was the producing artistic director of Finesilver Shows for three years and was the resident director and assistant to Julie Taymor on “The Lion King” on Broadway.
Nancy Piccione and David Caparelliotis will helm casting at MTC.
Clifford Lee Johnson III will continue in his capacity as director of musical theater, assisted by Jeremy Desmon.
Amy Gilkes, assistant to Ms. Meadow, will co-produce the company’s special events.
This fall, MTC inaugurates the Biltmore Theater, the company’s first Broadway venue, with Richard Greenberg’s new play “The Violet Hour.”
