Psychological thriller to be shot in Tallinn

World Brief

Estonian producer Kristian Taska, whose “Names in Marble” sank “Titanic” to break the country’s box office record in November, has signed his father, Ilmar, to helm “We Won’t Sleep Tonight,” a psychological thriller to be shot in the capital, Tallinn.

The elder Taska will direct Estonian- and English-lingo versions back to back. The $700,000 feature, set around the events of a hot summer’s night, stars Estonian model Carmen Kass and Finnish actor Peter Franzen.

Produced with New York’s Zodiac Capital, “We Won’t Sleep Tonight” will be readied for release in February.
