SYDNEY– Aussie-born international sales vet Sandy Henderson has returned from the U.S., where she handled “Insomnia” and “Memento” for Summit Entertainment, to become head of sales and marketing at showbiz consultancy Zealot.
Formed four years ago, Zealot, which has offices in London and Sydney, supplies trailers, promo reels, television commercials, featurettes and “making of” specials.
Its credits include “Rabbit Proof Fence,” “The Quiet American,” “The Hard Word,” “Walking on Water” and upcoming tites “The Night We Called It a Day” and “The Wannabes.”
Among its clients have been director Phillip Noyce, producer Andrew Mason, 20th Century Fox and Hoyts.
“I aim to expand Zealot’s profile and client base in Australia and internationally,” Henderson said. “We are in discussions with several runaway productions to produce their electronic press kits while they shoot in Australia.”
