Ron Livingston has joined the cast of Revolution Studios’ romantic comedy “Little Black Book.”
Plot focuses on an associate producer for a daytime talkshow who opens a Pandora’s Box when she accesses her boyfriend’s Palm Pilot to learn more about his ex-girlfriends.
Livingston will play the boyfriend in the project that also stars Brittany Murphy, Holly Hunter, Julianne Nicholson and Kathy Bates.
Nick Hurran’s helming the pic, which begins lensing in August, from a script by Melissa Carter and Elisa Bell.
Revolution partner Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Red Om’s Deborah Schindler are producing with William Sherak and Jason Shuman of Blue Star Pictures. Herb Gains and Rachael Horovitz serve as executive producers. Pic will bow next spring.
Livingston, repped by Endeavor and Thruline Entertainment, is best known for his roles in HBO’s World War II series “Band of Brothers” and the Fox comedy “Office Space.” He appears in HBO’s “Sex and the City” and also stars in Lion Gate’s “The Cooler.”
