Spanish sales consortium the Pi Group has sealed a deal to handle international rights on four recent productions or acquisitions from Antonio Llorens’ Lauren Films, Spain’s biggest indie distrib.

Made in 2000, lowlife youth drama “Bailame” toplines Pilar Lopez de Ayala (“The Bridge of San Luis Rey”).
With the new accord, Pi now reps international on 6,000 titles from 14 partners or associate production cos.
Pi will rep titles from Lauren’s back catalog of productions, including Felix Rotaeta’s “El placer de matar” (1988) with Antonio Banderas and Victoria Abril.
