Roger Corman, the veteran American low-budget meister who’s now based in Ireland, has secured a $10 million credit line to gap finance European co-productions.
Corman raised the coin in tandem with Kieran Corrigan of Merlin Films.
They plan to invest a maximum of 30% of the budget for any pic, with a particular emphasis on projects that will be shot or post-produced in Ireland. Special preference will be given to projects using Corman’s Irish Intl. Film Studios.
